Plz tell me two TRX can handle how much traffic(maximum).can we measure VSWR without the help of site master/spectrum analyzar.
Thanks & Regards
Sachin
18th April 2003 at 17:06 #35167Sunil KumarGuestIn Two TRX means TWO ARFCNs/GSM Freqs.
One Freq is Equal to = 8 TS
Tw Freqs so 16 Time Slot.
One Timeslot for BCCH.
One Timeslot for SDDCH*8.One Timeslot can Handle 8 SDCCH.
So remaining 14 Can be used as TCHs.
I heard that there is a combined methode. But Idle is the above 0ne.
In the above set up at the same time you can do 8 Call attempts only.
But Can serve 14 Calls easily.

Plz tell me what is the difference between cross polarized & normal polarized antenna.
what is circular polarizes antenna.
Thanks & Regards
Sachin30th April 2003 at 17:46 #35172madhuGuestcross polarized Antenna the radiation is equal in either horizontal or vertical mode
normal polarized antenna transmits only in vertical direction
while there is a 15dB differnce if u keep it horizontal2nd May 2003 at 06:16 #35173sachin anejaGuesthi,
what is the formula for calculating gsm antenna gain. what is value of gsm anteena gain for 900 band.
2nd May 2003 at 15:43 #35174madhuGuestthere r lot of things that come in to picture when ur desining a antenna
1st gain
2nd antenna type
