    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me how to improve PSR in Alcatel Lucent MSC.
    I need the paramaters in MSC that can be changed in Aalcatel Lucent MSC to bring better PSR.It would be nice if someone can shre the IDEAL Values.

    you can try to change the value of handoff paging Timer//it really increse 2 to 3 % .
