    i can suggest call center forecasting and scheduling software. Please let me knw how any agents center is yours and the telephony systems being used.

    Hello ,
    14 agents going up to 20 not many actually ,

    Using Nortel, Symposium.
    Budget is not an issue.

    Newly established Call Center ,
    other suggestions are most welcome 🙂 thanks a bunch
