Following up on your discussions about call centers in Dubai and their increasing costs, I am personnaly exploring opportunities in Palestine (West Bank and Gaza), where there are highly qualified people, speaking arabic and english, and a vibrant ICT community. Has anyone explored this opportunity? Is anyone interested in discussing it ? I often travel through Dubai, meeting there is an option.
