Call center question

    HI everyone,

    I am planning on setting up a call center in Dominican Republic. My client is in the U.S and I´m not very knowledgeable about how to setup the phone connection and everything. We´ll be receiving incoming calls from the U.S

    Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated.
