But I would take the chance to ask you what I have to expect in the different areas like UAE or India or Poland if I want to set up a outsourcing project.
Our needs are something like this:
– European B2B sales into the Carrier or Wholesales market
– selling cutting edge telecommunication handsets and router products (VoIP, fixed mobile convergence/Dual Phones/VoIP-router –> e.g. customizing regarding customer needs)
– only bigger deals (starting from 500 units)
– higher qualification needed because of high skilled Prospectives
– longer sales cycles
As a short conclusion: higher quality technical outbound sales and inbound project
This in only a short description; of course. But it describes our needs.
Not I would very like to hear your advices:
– which region to choose (remember: European languages)
– which cost you would estimate I have to expect (in the different regions)
– how would you act to choose the right CC (how to discover the quality)
– any advise?
