Need Consultants for a Call Centre

We are interested in opening a Call Centre in Delhi(NCR). We want to avail services of a Consultant for all the activities involved in the process, right from getting business to full completion and streamlining the working thereafter. We have No idea or Experience in this field, about Costs, Investment, Returns, Margins etc..
