I own a pet website that is going live at the end of the month. It is a substantial venture as it will be very possibly the largest pet products in the US in the next 24 months. We are expecting escalating volume starting slowly in feb 2006 and picking up substantially March 2006 onwards. I am looking for a call center that is established, has been in business at least one to 2 years, has a good reputation and competitive rates. Prefer flat per call pricing. I am planning to take a trip to Pakistan in the next few weeks. Any suggestions and referrals would be greatly appreciated.
