Tech support for call center

    I’m curious how many tech support personel people find they need for their call center.

    I’m working for a call center with roughly 300 stations and two full shifts and a third partial shift. We seem to need several people to handle broken terminals and phones, several to set up new projects and support the call center application software, and a few programmers.

    Are these numbers of tech guys higher than others need? Lower?

    Any feedback would be valuable.
