We all know that loads of British companies in the financial services/mortgage/insurance/banking domain are moving to India…right?
However, it seems that the agents in CCs do not have the skills required to handle UK-specific issues… (relating to financial transaction, cultural issues etc).
Do you think that there would be takers for such training (handled by professionals with 30 yrs experience), and do you think that Indian CCs and Recruitment Agencies would be willing to pay a premium for people trained and certified by the relevant Indian-Uk authorities?
