What is the cost involved in Renting a Call Center with all commodities available vs. Building everything from scratch (5-25 seat)?
I have a team of US based professionals here in India as well as in the US who are eager to get into this business. Is Call Center/BPO better than IT outsourcing in terms of returns and competition? I am interested in setting up call centers in Mumbai, Pune and Aurangabad. Please advice. I am also looking to partner with someone initially as I have just returned from the US and don’t have much experience about the market in India.
