My name is Mike McLenehan with a recording service provider.
I was wondering if any of you had any preferences as to recording systems currently on the market.
If any of you are currently using a service or a system with the work that you’re doing. And what you feel is important for a recording provider to include in their services.
I need a VoIP call recorder for one limitied application with one of my clients. Can you suggest anything? We are talking only maybe 20 seats, independent of my Telephony@work platform as a one off project.
I need to add the feature of 100 percent recording for 3to 8 agents.
Please offer yur solution.
