Routing all incoming calls from branches

    Hi,
    I’m looking for facts and figures about results of directing ALL incoming calls from branches to a central call center in financial industries (banks, credit companies etc).

    As for now I’m only looking for case studies, facts and figures on the subject: financial companies who have directed all inbound calls from the branches to their call center, figures for success / failure….
