    Hi i want to set up a 50 seater call canter in Mumbai .
    I have a client in the USA to buy my services.
    I have a few doubts with redards to

    How many calls per hour would justify a capacity of 50 agents?
    How much bandwidth would be required?
    Approx Operating expense that would be incurred and what are the constituents and its approx percentage to the total
    Funds in working capital
    What are the various investments in terms of software, hardware, power backups, property lease rent etc.
    What technology center should use VoIP or any alternative?
    Revenue per man hour
    I am looking for consultant and an implementor for my project
    How much capital stake will vc funds take upKindly reply
