Can you more decriptive? Because you have not mentioned what type of client you have and what type of service you are providing him/her.
Its better to have an SLA(Service Level Agreement) as well as MOU.

We are looking at a small organization, we would be taking his orders from his clients and follow up with delivery. Our basic work would be voice calls to his clients and forwarding the info to relevant departments in our clients organization.
Does any one has a SLA or MOU specification that we can use???
