World class contact centres

    There is now a new standard for contact centres – the Vanguard Standard for Customer Contact Centres.

    This is based on systems thinking which is huge step forward from the traditional sweatshop method of operation. It is a standard for improvement, not compliance, based on six princioles for World class contact centre operation.
