Voice-Enabling a call center

    I work for a call center serving its clients in email management. Now we would like to extend the service to voice immediately.

    Any guidance based on experience would be highly appreciated.

    Pracom Ltd is in the business of speech enabling call-centres and I am very interested. I would need a little more detail from yourself at what exactly you want to do. Pracom have presence in both Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.
