    Hello Gentlemen we are on the lookout of a voice response system, that also can handle harddisk based voice mail.

    What we are on the lookout for is the following.

    A costumer/agent place a call — Automated voice response system takes the phone — Costumer/Agent types in his/hers IDnumber, and after a message from the response system places his/hers message, agent/costumer hangs up. Behind the system we are going to implement a system that can handle the voice mails by order ID, were perssonel then can handle the voice messages out from the costumers ID number.
