    Hi all,
    I solved my problem.
    My intention is to add a prefix for incoming E1’s traffic, the solution is (in tcrg):
    -add a prefix in TrunkID
    -set PrefiXTrunkID to 1 (Yes).

    bonjour,
    j’ai un plm au niveau d’une config…
    bref… je veux changer un DX2060 en R2 CCITT mais a chaque fois que je veux enregistrer les modifications le tenor me donne ce message sur tenor configuration manager :
    RelayANI Value cannot be empty

    Mossad,

    In the future, please post using only English. This will allow everyone to review, read and respond.

    As for your question, R2 is a very difficult and complicated signaling protocol. My recommendation is that if you can move to ISDN, do so quickly and don’t look back.

    There must be one or more parameters that need to have a setting that you have not set. You need to check on this.

    Am getting these errors from my quintum
    IC IP calls ARJ failed (reason=5)
    what cld be the issue
