We are a call centre with 40 frontline agents and 37 agents. We currently are looking for a software solution to our Staff planning and call traffic forecasting. Can anyone recommend any software solutions.
At present we are using EXCEL based systems.
There is a product called Ansapoint sold on this Web site that might meet your requirements.
