Reply To: E1 is normal but site is down

i made already loop back from the RTN side
inloop the BTS is down and E1 normal
outloop the BTS is normal and E1 is down

and same if i remove the trunk cable from the BTS the E1 is down and when i return the E1 is normal ???

really i wish to reach to a solution, because till now i cant find any cause of the problem
