As I know for static TS I should add PDTCH to Channel Type. If I don’t have any PDTCH TS in a cell and Maximum Ratio Threshold of PDCHs is 30 %.
What does it mean in this case?
Is there any static TS in 30% if I have not added PDTCH to TRX.
