what about any other cells towards B:
y->B : ?
* how many HO requests from A->B
* how many HO requests from A->A’s best neighbour ?
* what is the cause of HO from A->B, if you can know it?
* does this adjaceny really should generate so many HO?
* how many HO Requests from B->A?
* how many TRX in cell B?
* what about TCH assignment failure rate in cell B (during call setup), what value is it?
As said bijoy, don’t forget to delete/recreate the adjacency, that might work.
