Yes, we have seen in some cells that the problem comes and goes by itselt while in others actions (such as BTS reset, recreation, GPU reset or HW changes) improve the performance of the sectors. Nevertheless in case that the problem is fixed by some of these actions some times comes again.
I will managed to handle the issue with the support guys.
