Regarding sync n/w,sync can be done either by GPS or by setting any site’s clock as sync source(this is called master site,the most stable site of the cluster).As I said earlier also,in case of sync neighbours,there is no need for the TA information in the phy info message.
Regarding TSC,TSC should be same as BCC for the BCCH TRX only,not necessarily for the hopping TRX’s.
