– RADIO
– HO
– BSS INTERNAL
– REMOTE TC
– PREEMPTION
And as NarChai said, you must also check the CDR per TRX, that will ease your diagnosis. And not only the CDR, but also the amount of call attempts, and the average TCH mean holding time.
