#Is it the wanted PLMN?
#Is the cell barred for access?
#Is C1 > 0?
#Camp on the cell
IF THE ONE OF THIS STAGES NOT ACCOMPLISHED THE MOBILE WILL TUNE AGAIN AT ANOTHER STRONGE FREQUENCY.
