It is stupid not to have any guard band.This can lead to a lot of quality problems if implemented.
From 30 to 50 we have 21 hopping freq which can give you 10 hopping freq so we can have 5+4+4 as max configuration
Same is the case with 31 to 50 with 20 hopping channels
