Can someone please help me with this problem below:
For a M/M/c/c system, 3 units of erlang traffic is attempting to use 5 trunk lines. I have to find the probability of clocking, carried traffic and overflow traffic.
Also, for a M/M/c queueing system with same traffic demand and no. of trunk lines as before, I have to calculate the probability that all trunks are busy and call is delayed.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
