Hi all, I am from Hyderabd, working in Saudi Arabia since 3 years in IT field. I dont have great educational qualifications in particular. A common question in the minds of people is How to ? I am happy to know about the energy and strength of you people. Starting a BPO is very simple on papers and planning conferences. According to me… “oursourcing needs a source” a source is client, client has to be either from your links or from your marketing strengths. To start a small range firm u dont need much capital…for instance if you are planning to start an IT outsourcing co. u just need a small office place either rented or own…if u have some skilled friends invite them. Look out for client and hire the required staff on contract basis. Initially you have to concentrate on service only with marginal profits..once your goodwill is added to ur profile….u can go for big ones. “corporate links and spot idea’s are the main investments for a successful BPO”
