    We have activate AMR on site “A” (Nokia site)
    TCH_REQUEST increased ( due to HO_14C request increased)

    Intra-cell HO attempts increased
    MSC outgoing HO attempts decreased

    Blocked HOs (BLCK_11C) increased
    TCH_REQ_REJ_LACK increased
    HO failure ratio due to radio interface blocking(HFR_55C) increased

    HO_ATT_FOR_AMR_TO_HR start counting much attempts
    HO_ATT_FOR_AMR_TO_FR start counting much attempts
