About Setting up a Call Centre

    I am interested to setup a Call Centre. I have the following question:

    1.What is more profitable, inbound or outbound?

    2.How do i market to clients?

    3. What type of service is more need for call Centre ( Like customer support, Telemarketing etc)

    Please somebody answer the above, which will be a great help.

    Inbound and outbound both are profitable depending on the situation and conditions. Marketing to clients requires having setup and policies to expressed to the intended Prospects. Telemarketing and customer service both is in demand
