I am responsible for scheduling staff for a 40 seater call centre. I am using Excel at the moment. I have looked at some software packages but they are very expensive. Are there any good cheap packages, or am I better of sticking to Excel and my (fairly basic) maths skills?
Using excel for 40 seater is a very good idea as long as u r meeting ur required targets basis ur current capacity,
