Reduce Noise In call centre

    Good Morning,

    I am responsible for resource management in Vodafone Malta’s call centre which caters for around 45 reps.

    We are facing an excess noise issue and would like to address it with relevant equipment which could help us reduce noise. I have obtained some quotations for specific White noise machines which could help us out, however I would like to know whether any of you have experienced the same problems in their call centre , and if /how they have addressed .

    An advice on the best brand of equipment to use would be really appreciated
