We are small BPO and IT sevrices company operative since 2003. We have had lot fo experience in online chat based sales/support. We have permanent clients in US. One of those clients is interested in setting up and inbound call center operation for 15-20 seats. The client wants us to do it as we have excellent product knowledge of their products as we have been online chat based sales support to them since 2002. The client is a US based telecommunication services company.
We have had done outbound 2-3 seat telemarketing for various companies. But now I know that inbound is a totally different ball game.
