We are a large international contact centre company looking to set up a 200 seat primarily inbound facility in Dubai and need assistance in process design, training, and initial operations. We do NOT need tool selection, telecom or technology consulting. This would be a 3-6 month project starting in January with the potential for an extension based on performance.
We are interested in both independent consultants or consulting firms. Local, as well as offshore/nearshore resources are welcome to apply. Consultants should have a minimum of 2 years of documented senior level experience in call centre processes with references.
