    Hi all,

    If any one from you could have some up with a really profitable model wich can compete with the SPH capacity of Us callcenters, Please let me know. I am having a 72 seater callcenter and working with some good assignments from Us companies.

    Also i am working on a white paper for the advantages of Outsourcing business (CC)to Inida. If any one is having a better understanding of it, feel free to reach me

    I am an SSE engineer working

    get it up started.
    How to get clients for
    the call centre?
    What is the initial step i
    have to do to get it started?
