how to start a call center

    Hi All,
    I\’ve read all the queries and responses on this forum and almost all of them are about how to start a call center. I have the same question, only I haven\’t found an answer to it. I would like to know what kind of an investment does it take to start a 02-05 seat call center and from where can i get info abt the technology to be employed?

    Call center is a professionally managed center for handling queries,process,marketing etc.In a call center depending on the applications, you may require switch,multplexer,dialer,voice logger,agents desktop,bandwidth,co-location,CTI etc.The average cost per agent works out to be Rs.60,000 with min of 24 seats and IPLC cost etc.if you are interested, please contact me.
