    I noticed quite a few persons interested in accent/language training – I came across a Webstite recently: – and have corresponded with the owner, Ann Cook. She seems to have a good training plan going online. I work at a call center in Jamaica, and our clients are mostly American so,
    this is the American accent. Does this help?

    I would like to know if there are any programs in India(preferably scholarships) for persons wishing to study call center management.

    I really want to sink my teeth into every aspect of the business, but will need to take the time to be at a call center among offshore professionals who are involved in the day to day activities.

    I work in the admin department of my call center – I get little time to do more than prepare payroll and keep the bills paid.
    If anyone has any idea of any company or agency that might want to give me an opportunity to learn the business inside out, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
