I am kaushik from kolkata, India. I have studied a lot of posts in this forum and others about setting up of call center. There are switch based, server based call centers and also there are also web based customer care centers. Am I right?
If yes, can anybody tell me the cost of setting-up a web based center and what is the viability and prospects? I am serious about it, only serious people reply. If we can get it started, I am sure both uf us will gain.
