I am doing capacity planning for 5 call centres of varying sizes from 50-150 people in each. I am considering using Simulation or Erlang C and have the software to do either. However can someone explain the differences from using each method and if and why I should expect lower or higher requirements from using Erlang C instead of simulation. Please advise, much appreciated. Thanks.
