Small call center will die soon unless..

Hi,

I am writing to you from the US and since i am in this field it is good to see that we indians catch any fever so fast and it goes away faster.The call center business is good but all these ma pa call centers will soon go out of business as they will be business deficient. Reading articles in this forum i see so many non business like people just trying to cash in on this call center train…What these call centers will have to do is tie up with indian companies already present in the US to represent them and may be alliance and form patnerships with other small call centers to hold up in the long run.
