Maximum Seating Utilization

    Hello Evryone,

    I am looking for a simple formula to calculate the maximum number of agents that can be seated in a call center based on: Shift Length, Hours of Operations, Number seats , etc…

    I have created a spreadsheet and my own formulas to do this, but i am looking to cross check my numbers and logic with any other ways of doing this that may already exist exist.

    Any input would be greatly appreciated.
