Outsource ACD services

I’m looking for a company that provides outsourced ACD services. I have support engineers that will be located in various places throughout the world. I would like them all to be available as agents for an ACD system. My current phone switch has some limitations and rather than purchase a new system from someone like Aspect, I wanted to see what outsourced systems might work. There was one, yourprivateline.com that seemed like it would work, however they are no longer in business. I’d appreciate any suggestions that you may have.
