Call Center Monitoring

    I am a supervisor in a call center with 12 CSRs. We are using an ISDN with Fujitsu SRS- 9924 phones. Their lines are linked to buttons on my phone which blinks when their phones are ringing and stays lit without blinking while they are on the phone. We do not however have any sofware to document the volume of calls each individual has taken and how long their phone remained in wrap/busy or if any calls were abandoned. Does anyone have suggestions about what software could be used for this?
