    I need some info or at least to be pointed in the right direction on how much to charge per client, or the best way to charge. I’m am interested in setting up an ISP based call center, and in the future branch out into other technical areas such as hardware and software support.


    That would depend on the volume you expect. If this is going to be a high volume call center you might want to charge by call or “Talk Time”. If you don’t expect much volume you may wish to charge a flat servicing fee, or combination of both
