Call Center Staffing Model

    Hi –

    I am working on a project where we are considering changing service levels based on call type in order to achieve greater efficiencies. Is there a staffing model that allows me to change my Service Level % and see the affect on FTEs, occupancy, etc. It would be an Erlang C model with greater input variables.

    Yes. It’s Erlang C. Erlang C has no limits on input variables.
