I am working with a startup company and have been assigned starting up the call center. I need help getting started…goals, criteria, software, things to consider, etc. Any info is greatly appreciated.
I am the new Project Manager for a new call center. We will be utilizing our current staff as referral coordinators. I just need some general help in how to get started. We will not be utilizing any sophisticated phone systems or software for now. We will be using our current phone system and database for referral intake.
