I am doing a feasibility study on setting up a call/contact centre which is both voice and web enabled. I would like to know where I can get information on:
- Equipment required to setup such a facility
- What is the revenue generated by this industry?
- Demand for such a facility
- Types of services which can be offered apart from tele-marketing and customer service
