    is ther someone help me pleas?
    i have a tenor AFT800 and i get false answer.
    my device start to billing when i have an ivr.( set is off…the number you have dialed is wrong and etc)
    how can i fix this?

    This cannot be fixed with the Tenor unless you are using a channel bank or FWT that provides answer supervision to the Tenor like reverse battery.

    Without the FWT or channel bank, you have the Tenor to detect the call is answered by looking for voice. Any recorded message will trigger answer and billing will start.
